Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ImagineGo.ai website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

Do not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass safety controls. You must have the rights and permissions required for your reference files and generated content.

The following six categories are prohibited in prompts, reference materials, and generated outputs:

1. Pornography / NSFW: Pornography, sexually explicit or suggestive content, sexualized nudity or semi-nudity, undressing, fetish imagery, or erotic roleplay visuals.
2. Violence / gore: Graphic bloodshed, mutilation, torture, extreme violence, or content promoting, threatening, instructing, or inciting real-world violence or terrorism.
3. Hate speech: Attacks, dehumanization, threats, or incitement to discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or another protected characteristic.
4. Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Child sexual abuse material, sexualized or suggestive depictions of minors, child exploitation, grooming, or content promoting abuse or harm to children, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: Unauthorized or deceptive use of a person's likeness, voice, or identity, non-consensual intimate imagery, or manipulated content that impersonates another person or misleads viewers about identity, consent, or real events.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: Unauthorized use of protected works, logos, trademarks, or other material; infringement of third-party rights; or false claims of affiliation or endorsement.

Our Acceptable Use Policy provides the detailed rules and applies together with these Terms.

Content Moderation

Before Generation

Non-empty generation prompts are checked using Waffo Prompt Sift with semantic enforcement enabled. Only an allow verdict permits generation to proceed. A review or block result, invalid or missing verdict, or service error prevents creation of a generation task and reservation of credits. You may need to revise your prompt or retry later. A review result does not automatically create a human review case or guarantee later approval.

References and Generated Outputs

Reference files undergo applicable technical validation, such as format, size, and ownership checks. Technical validation is not an image-content safety assessment. AI model providers may perform additional input or output safety checks, with coverage depending on the selected model and provider. We can examine reported or suspected violating outputs and remove or restrict access to them. These controls do not guarantee that every prohibited output will be detected.

Reports and Operator Review

Report suspected violations to support@imaginego.ai with the subject Content safety report, a content URL or task ID, the violation category, and a brief explanation. Do not attach illegal material, including CSAM. Provide identifiers or links instead.

The ImagineGo operator reviews the report and relevant records, may request clarification, and decides on any necessary content or account action. We may notify the reporter of the outcome where appropriate while protecting other users' private information. Severe or ongoing harm may require immediate action. The Acceptable Use Policy explains reporting and appeals in more detail.

Enforcement and Appeals

We may reject requests, stop generations, remove or restrict access to violating content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate service access. Repeated attempts to bypass restrictions may lead to further account action. We may preserve relevant evidence and comply with lawful authority requests where required.

Prompts rejected before task creation do not consume generation credits. Provider-rejected or failed tasks are handled under our credit-settlement and refund rules. Account restrictions do not automatically erase purchased credits; payment and credit actions remain subject to these Terms and applicable law.

To appeal, email support@imaginego.ai with a task ID or safety request ID and your explanation. We may uphold or reverse a decision after reviewing available evidence. Restoration of deleted content or approval of a request is not guaranteed.

Safety Records

Safety audit records include the verdict, reason code, request identifier, model, prompt hash, and check duration, without an additional copy of the prompt text. Generation inputs may be stored separately to operate the Service; see our Privacy Policy.

Content and Ownership

• Your Inputs and Outputs: You retain rights to the content you input (prompts and reference images) and the outputs generated, subject to applicable law and provider terms. You grant us a limited license to process and store content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (e.g., temporary caching, abuse prevention, and safety improvements).
• Our Content: All site materials, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Do not copy or reuse without permission unless expressly allowed.

AI‑Generated Outputs

• Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment and verify facts before relying on outputs.
• You are responsible for how you use generated content, including ensuring compliance with laws and third‑party rights.
• Some features rely on third‑party model providers. Processing may be subject to their terms.

Credits, Payments, and Pricing

• ImagineGo.ai operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access AI image and video generation features.
• Credits are purchased as one-time packages and do not expire.
• Payments are processed by third‑party providers. Taxes may apply.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
• Pricing Adjustments: Model pricing may fluctuate slightly due to changes from upstream AI service providers. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant pricing changes in advance.
• Credit prices and package options may be updated from time to time. Current pricing is always displayed on the pricing page.

Subscriptions and Monthly Credits

Subscription plans are optional and remain separate from one-time credit packs.

• Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are billed once per year at the annual price displayed on the pricing page.
• Both billing options grant their plan's credit allowance every benefit month; annual billing does not grant a full year's credits at once.
• Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable benefit month and do not roll over.
• Purchased credit packs retain their non-expiring validity. Historical migrated balances retain their recorded validity dates.
• Current plan prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown on the pricing and Billing pages. Waffo processes subscription and credit-pack payments.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information.

Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate with third‑party tools (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, AI model providers). We are not responsible for third‑party content, terms, or policies.

Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee error‑free or uninterrupted operation.
• AI model availability and performance may vary based on third-party provider status.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security/legal reasons. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in our primary place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules.
