Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to prompts, reference images and videos, generated outputs, shared content, and account activity on ImagineGo. It supplements our Terms of Service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use your inputs and outputs.

Six Categories of Prohibited Content

Do not create, request, upload, transform, or distribute any of the following:

  1. Pornography and NSFW content: Pornography, nudity or semi-nudity intended as sexual content, sexually explicit or suggestive imagery, sexual acts, undressing, fetish content, or erotic roleplay visuals.
  2. Violence and gore: Graphic bloodshed, mutilation, torture, extreme violence, or content that promotes, threatens, instructs, or encourages real-world violence or terrorism.
  3. Hate speech: Content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or incites discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or another protected characteristic.
  4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized or suggestive depictions of minors, child exploitation, or content promoting abuse, grooming, or harm to children. These restrictions also apply to fictional and AI-generated depictions.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: Unauthorized or deceptive use of a person's face, voice, likeness, or identity; non-consensual intimate imagery; or manipulated content intended to impersonate a person or mislead viewers about identity, consent, or real events.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement: Unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted works, logos, trademarks, or other protected material, including outputs that infringe third-party rights or falsely imply affiliation or endorsement. Uploading a reference does not grant rights to it.

Illegal activity, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, and attempts to evade these restrictions are also prohibited. Do not bypass safety checks, disguise a prohibited request, or repeatedly resubmit blocked content.

Content Safety Checks

  • Before generation: Non-empty generation prompts are checked using Waffo Prompt Sift with semantic enforcement enabled. Only an allow result permits the generation request to proceed. review, block, missing or invalid verdicts, and service failures prevent the request from creating a generation task or reserving credits. A failed check may require you to revise your prompt or retry later.
  • References and outputs: Uploaded files are checked for supported formats, size, and ownership where applicable. These technical checks are not an image-content safety assessment. Model providers may apply their own input and output safety controls; coverage depends on the selected model and provider. Our prohibited-content rules apply to every output, regardless of whether an automated check detects a violation.
  • Operator review: Reports and suspected violations can be reviewed by the ImagineGo operator using the reported content, task records, and relevant safety logs. We may request more information before deciding on an action. A review API result does not guarantee that a human review case has been created or that the request will later be approved.
  • Safety records: We record the verdict, reason code, request identifier, model, prompt hash, and check duration. The safety audit does not store an additional copy of the prompt text. Generation inputs may be stored separately to operate the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Enforcement

Depending on the severity and repetition of a violation, we may:

  • Reject a prompt or stop a generation request.
  • Remove violating content from storage or restrict access to it.
  • Restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access to the service.
  • Investigate related accounts or repeated attempts to evade restrictions.
  • Preserve relevant evidence and respond to lawful requests from authorities where required.

A prompt rejected before task creation does not consume generation credits. Provider-rejected or failed generations follow our credit-settlement and refund rules. Account restrictions do not automatically erase purchased credit balances; any payment or credit action remains subject to applicable law and our published terms.

Report Violations

Email support@imaginego.ai with the subject Content safety report. Include the content URL or task ID, the category of violation, a short explanation, and your contact details. If you are a rights holder, include enough information to identify the protected work and your authority to report it.

Do not attach or redistribute illegal content, including CSAM. Provide identifiers or links so the operator can locate the material safely.

The operator reviews the report, locates relevant records, assesses the alleged violation, and may request clarification. Confirmed violations can lead to content removal or access restrictions and account enforcement. We may notify the reporter of the outcome where appropriate, without disclosing another user's private information. Immediate action may be taken for severe or ongoing harm.

Appeals

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, email support@imaginego.ai with the task ID or safety request ID and an explanation. We review the available evidence and may uphold or reverse the decision. An appeal does not guarantee restoration of deleted content or approval of a generation request.
