Find and download your results
Tasks continue in the background. The results panel shows their status, and My Creations stores your history. Open a completed task to preview and download its available images, videos or 3D files.
When a task fails
Read the error in the task panel before trying again. Check the selected model, required reference files, supported settings and balance. Failed generations release their reserved credits according to the task ledger. If a task remains unresolved, email support with its task ID.
Reference media and responsible use
Use reference media you have the right to upload and follow the acceptable use policy. AI outputs can vary between runs. Review identity, text, product details and usage rights before publishing a result.
